Summary
The story is set in Tokyo in 1970. Evil spirits are threatening the human world and the only ones who can stop them are a group known as the "Spirit Patrol", a group sent from the underworld that consists of the hot-headed Enma-kun, the stuck-up Yukiko-hime, the half-water sprite Kapperu and Chapeauji - the old man spirit in the form of a hat, who guides the group.
